I wept.
The tears that were long dry,
I kept weeping.

Those tears,
That once streamed,
Now drown my soul.

I cant even cry outside this shell,
For if I am found out,
I might never see her again!

I'm drowning inside!
The backed up tears,
Are bursting through my soul!

How could you care so much?!
How can someone,
Care for this undeserving soul?!

You told me,
That I deserve a better friend,
But you are the greatest friend one could ask for.

Am the undeserving one.
It kills me that you care so much.

No one has stood by me,
Like you have.
I could never ask for a better friend.

I want to thank you,
But words will never be enough.
So please,
Take my tears.
