He's pissed about how overseers now turned officers
Keep appearing in roles of sanctioned executioners
Murderers as if she wrote scripts to remain static
The names change but the game streams the same damn traffic
It's tragic how their magic can Houdini so many minds
Justice hides in attics and too often is hard to find
You'll find the same tones covering the bones inside the uniforms
Cause the same pangs and it's strange how even they conform
Storms continue venue to venue across the fifty states
As they tell you to continue to hurry up and wait
How long must one wait for heads to emerge from the sand?
To understand our demands from this cultivated land

If an individual signs up to be a cop...

We have art that told stories...
We have different sciences that offer increments of enlightenment...
And yet it remains...
I am all for change...
I just know I will never ever trust a cop...
And will tell anyone not to trust the cops...
I don't care if you think you are an upstanding member of society...
