Ashes to Ashes
So heavy are the dues of man
That his feet be grounded in this earth
With not a care to be entrusted
For when the bane of life draws near
We can only accept our fate 'twas written in stone
To receive that friend which we call death
And when we then descend to dirt
Our chains be broke, no longer linked
Dust to dust as we once began
That his feet be grounded in this earth
With not a care to be entrusted
For when the bane of life draws near
We can only accept our fate 'twas written in stone
To receive that friend which we call death
And when we then descend to dirt
Our chains be broke, no longer linked
Dust to dust as we once began
