Lovers lost

He who delights in solitude
is either a wild beast or a God
- Friedrich Nietzsche

I'd do it all again,
my bridges are so lovely these days.
the mosses & things that grow green
feel divine against my skin.

women like me...
maybe there's a reason
our eyes are
so many shades of blue.

I'll never tell the wind to blow,
but I hope she carries me home.
