Today's the Day
Old Mel Fisher used to shout,
"Today's the day!"
As he set out
To search the Caribbean reefs
For Spanish treasure
Deep beneath.
However -
Bruce also shouts!
"Today's the day!
To find the Friend the inner way."
Millions of years He's waited there
For us to climb our inner stair.
Today's the day
To find the door
Leading to the hidden store
Where lies the jewel
As told of yore
The only treasure
Worth searching for.
Today's the day
To find the place
There within your inner space -
And worship again
His radiant face.
"Today's the day!"
