Ash

The flower’s petals softly blow away as the weight of my grief is lifted
I'm dug out of the shallow grave I've buried myself in
I don’t have to breathe in the ash of my own burnt spirit when I'm around you
My eyes light up by the sun I'm able to see myself in the mirror and I see you right next to me
