to shine so merciless
into this space
and heartless rip
the shadows
from the door.

Unabashed,
a recklessness
inebriating all
and saving none,
and this your legacy
of gilted auras
vast and
unencumbered,
more awful than
the rain that leaves
a rainbow
in the brain.
