Released

Today I was able to talk to the little girl inside me and tell her it was OK it's OK to go away.

 I let her know it's time for me to heal, it's time for me to be me and live pain free.

No more sleepless nights crying into my hands till the morning lights, No more downing myself cause I feel like I didn't do something right.

There's no more feeling negative about how things should've been or feeling as if I've loss cause with God I always win.

I had to tell the little girl inside me there is no more room for her to roam, there's no more open space for her to take place within me.

 I had to let the little girl inside me know I will always love her but it's time for her to go.

 I released her, she and I are now free.
