Your Laughter Is My Lullaby
For your own entertainment,
Shall I put a knife across my wrist?
After all, I do realize,
That I'm the greatest laugh.
Would you like me to hang myself?
After all, those would be the
Best words to echo your mouth.
Think about it, you knew that
Girl draped in black! Yeah,
You know,
The one who killed herself!
Would you like me to cry for your joy?
Laughter, shall be my lullaby.
Perhaps it will be better
Than counting sheep, or
Will that be better than
Bleeding myself to sleep? Maybe
I'll make a necklace of rope,
If that's what'll please you.
Shall I put a knife across my wrist?
After all, I do realize,
That I'm the greatest laugh.
Would you like me to hang myself?
After all, those would be the
Best words to echo your mouth.
