broken
into a million
little pieces
shattered
my only wish
is to escape

Anxiety can feel suffocating - for me even panic can elevate my heart rate at times.
Counting helps and deep breaths. I've had lots of practice. Life can be cruel at
times and managing a healthy lifestyle takes practice - at least for me. That is why I feel writing
can be therapeutic. Your are headed in the right direction:)

Dear JC,
I was going to copy and paste a passage I related to so personally and realized I’d copied the entire poem. Never mind it’s an outstanding piece of reflection so aptly conveying…me. How in heavens name did you know this?🤔😉
This bit however,
