Released

from yellow anthers pollen rich
collected passing by and which
falls again as insects flit
from here to there, to where now it

pollinates, fertilizing
stirring birth, an unseen rising
separateness which co-creates
sharing in each other's fates

buttercups in a breeze
inviting all the honey bees
hoverflies and others too
watched by me and told to you

because I want you to know
altogether we all grow
when apart we're still one
when we go and when we come

always everywhere there's life
going on amidst the strife
going on engulfed by peace
going on until released

from here and there, to where we wish
gentle rain and Sun, its kiss
rainbows, halos in the sky
floating up from where we lie...
