How green, how green was my valley?
Lush golden
Before the takers trod through
Daisy's forming chains
Singing merrily merrily
Hummingbirds sipping from buttercups
A gentle breeze seldom disturbs daffodils
Morning dew drops scent lingers
Butterflies boldly boasting who can steal the most kisses
Sunflowers standing attendance as far as eye can see
Glorious sunburst hues
Reds
Orange
Pink
As the wild roses pray, behold eden
Pernicious noxious smog encircling horizons
Putrid stained pox marking once fertile ground
The singed metallic stench
of rotting iron corpses permeates
Before the takers trod through
Daisy's forming chains
Singing merrily merrily
Hummingbirds sipping from buttercups
A gentle breeze seldom disturbs daffodils
Morning dew drops scent lingers
Butterflies boldly boasting who can steal the most kisses
Sunflowers standing attendance as far as eye can see
Glorious sunburst hues
Reds
Orange
Pink
As the wild roses pray, behold eden
Pernicious noxious smog encircling horizons
Putrid stained pox marking once fertile ground
The singed metallic stench
of rotting iron corpses permeates
