Storm

I’m sitting
Watching the wind
The hurricane came
Everything is gone
Ripped apart
Broken
Shattered window
Bolt of lightning
Crash of thunder
Splintered tree bark
Instant death, but so painful
Cleansing rain
Sun peaks through the clouds
The storm has ended
