What does that make you?
I dig deep into the pits of my soul,
I want to conjure the words to describe the world.
My heart blackened,
My mind so warped,
My body criticized,
Society reprimands.
I look into the mirror,
I cringe at what I see,
My life becomes much clearer,
It builds inside of me.
You judge me constantly,
I hear it every day,
No regard for individuality,
I feel myself breaking away.
I know you suffer too,
Look through empathetic eyes,
What does that make you?
I want to conjure the words to describe the world.
My heart blackened,
My mind so warped,
My body criticized,
Society reprimands.
I look into the mirror,
I cringe at what I see,
My life becomes much clearer,
It builds inside of me.
You judge me constantly,
I hear it every day,
No regard for individuality,
I feel myself breaking away.
I know you suffer too,
Look through empathetic eyes,
What does that make you?
