    what is actual "help"; all you've really got is yourself; when you barely get by with a "win" with those internal battles within....when there's something that overwhelms so called advice that is given....        
         
         
 they don't get it.... they just don't get it.... there is no actual "help".... it's all on you.... it's all on you.... to battle through those dark invading matters.... those triggers ....        
         
         
the worst thing anyone could ever do is pretend that this doesn't exist....and as if it doesn't have little to do with one's surroundings/environment/circumstances....to just so call "mind over matter" it away....        
         
         
why don't people speak up? isn't it obvious? there is no such thing as actual "help"....why does history continue to repeat itself? because there's an imbalance on this earth.... mental health is treated like a cut, instead of the gash that it is ....      
       
       
opening up only seems to put you in a much weaker position....
