UNHAPPY MOTHERS DAY

37 yrs of a motherless mothers day.
37 yrs of sadness.
37 yrs of watching others celebrate Mother's day with happiness on their faces.
Whereas on each mothers day there's nothing but sadness on my face.
37 yrs and some odd months since mom was taken from her earthly existence.
37 yrs of her chillin in God's presence.
37 yrs of 2 sons without a mother.
37 yrs of 2 depressed lonely brothers.
Some say you should be happy for them that they are no longer suffering and in pain.
They are with the lord in heaven.
If you lost your mother at a young age, as i have.
Then you know why it's so damn hard to feel such happiness.
I know there are many others like us in this cold dark world without a mother.
And as each year goes by, we still will be without a mother.
A day that's meant for celebrating mothers for all that they've done.
Is a day of no celebrating, no smiles, no joy, no happiness.
Each Mother's day that comes yearly.
Also brings tears to those of us who no longer have our beloved, most cherished mothers.
