That Second Wind
These cycles
In life,
That catch us
Off guard,
Have
A way
Of returning
Full tilt.
And
In between
What find
In ourselves
Are
The structures
Inside us
We've built.
In reponse
To the days
That we've lived
As we did,
As we
Gathered
Experience
Charms,
We notice
These patterns
Beyond
Expectation,
A new second wind,
From the cities
On out
To the farms.
These cycles
In life,

I like the build of this, the structure. And obviously the message throughout, carrying the reader along for the thought journey. Quite a good read this morning to find.
