Mother's Baby
Mother, can you hear me?
Please show me that you care
for I can do nothing here
except exist in despair.
Mother, please listen.
You are making us both sick.
Slowly you are destroying us
with every needle prick.
Mother, I do not want to die
or for you to die as well.
If you do not stop this drug abuse
we know the future will.
Mother, I so need you
and I need you to be strong.
Please be healthy for us both,
together we belong.
Mother, I so love you
and I know you love me too.
Please hear me, mother and believe
that you can pull this through.
