Black Hole
Life: a descending spiral
A distant horizon of blazing rays
Lifetimes spent chasing rainbows
Illusions of colorful playgrounds
Flushed in a swirl of time wasted
A minutiae of tsunomic manure
Corked into constipation by pablum
and deception disguised as eternity
All the time the truth promises freedom
Yet can deliver no more than hope
But where is the value in an empty hour glass
Filled with an air of suffocating dreams
Time standing still in a vacuum
Unable to escape the event
of the final horizon I will see
A distant horizon of blazing rays
Lifetimes spent chasing rainbows
Illusions of colorful playgrounds
Flushed in a swirl of time wasted
A minutiae of tsunomic manure
Corked into constipation by pablum
and deception disguised as eternity
All the time the truth promises freedom
Yet can deliver no more than hope
But where is the value in an empty hour glass
Filled with an air of suffocating dreams
Time standing still in a vacuum
Unable to escape the event
of the final horizon I will see
