Moods change in an instant
Reliving a moment quietly
Smiling softly
Remembering
I reminisce
Hearing Hope’s voice
When I was hopeless
On that old road with a long way to go…
Was it love?
When we lived our lives
With smiles and aching souls
Feeling eternity on our lips
While hearts were breaking but still beating
Bleeding
Wanting that which we couldn't have
That old road has led me here
As I hear echoes through the mist in memory

I really like the mental engagement of your vibe, my poet, in lieu of, we only have one life to live, therefore, I rather live it in peace, harmony, and helping society along my journey, as I hope others can share in that task unto humanity to do the same
