when boredom and meaning seem like a click away

I take "what this optical illusion
says about your personality" tests
when I'm bored

They mostly get me wrong
the fact I saw a flower doesn't
make me optimistic
and loving sour candy
doesn't make me an extravert

At best they mean
I enjoy the puzzle
of overly complicated pictures
like a multi-entendre for the eyes
at worst they show that
I'm willing to look for answers
in all the wrong places
under the guise of boredom

And if I'm honest
I'd say it's a little bit of both

I haven't found myself in them yet
