You had my attention in the early stages & knew what to do when it became a benefit to you  
  
I put myself in harms way to show my words came with reinforcement  
   
I catered to your needs & made sure your safety was top priority to me  
   
I celebrated you every chance cause I knew what it took    
   
I didn’t want you verbally beat up the world up when you felt like it so I became the verbal punching bag    
   
After months you  were made aware & warned I can mimic    
   
I was willing to give so much no matter what energy you help create  
   
The pain endured still sits heavy in your heart it showed in your actions
