one night in Gehenna
of misery's company
finding it galling
a dark on my knees
and carpenters
with long sleeves
ruffled linen
has tightened
a spidery web
caught by ghost wind
ricochet relics
hum lethargic
surrendering to dying
and death of all living
with the buzzing of fleas
chasm dark chants
ceremonial offering
carve
totemic
feasting on rocks
iron and coal
and church stones
with no hope
suffering no tomorrows
