YOUR WOMANNESS
Oh, did you ever blossom;
It makes me cry out, "Awesome!"
Looking at your womanness
Is a wonder to witness.
I think about you at home,
And there I write this poem.
Knowing how much you have grown
Galls me that you're not my own.
Yes, my heart does indeed break,
And my desires do ache.
But I am so proud of you
For how you are -- that is true!
Keep on being you -- today,
Tomorrow, and every day.
It makes me cry out, "Awesome!"
Looking at your womanness
Is a wonder to witness.
I think about you at home,
And there I write this poem.
Knowing how much you have grown
Galls me that you're not my own.
Yes, my heart does indeed break,
And my desires do ache.
But I am so proud of you
For how you are -- that is true!
Keep on being you -- today,
Tomorrow, and every day.
