Our love has stood the test of time
I am yours and you are mine
44 years
and rarely tears
But, now with your hand firmly in mine
we slowly walk into the divine
There is a light up head like in my frig
together as one heart we are now-Crossing The Rainbow Bridge

I wrote this today 1/6/22 Inspired by a true story. SALEM, NH -- William and Carol Stewart of New Hampshire died within seconds of each other of COVID-19, holding hands as they took their last breaths.
They've known each other since they were four, been together 45 years, married 44 years,
"Placed both beds side-by-side, placing my mother's hand into my father's hand," Noke said. "As soon as they touched hands, my father took his last breath, and then my mother 10 seconds later."
