TAKE OFF THE MASK

As we go through the process of learning how to love thyself, we have to go through the procedure of understanding. The importance of loving and caring about ourselves. But yet there are many times, when it is necessary to make adjustments to the way we see ourselves. As we sometimes wear a mask, to hide from the truth about ourselves as we sometimes don't see. The real truth that we are beautiful. as we have our emotions and feelings created by life's events. That somehow changed us creating, an environment that could have done more damage to us far beyond repair. For example sometimes we don't have the ability, to see the difference between who we were and what we have become. So much that we became blinded by mere words that held no actions. As we chose to see ourselves through someone else eyes, as we chose to deny ourselves the opportunity to experience the rare and real love again. For you must remove the mask from your face and be proud of your accomplishments in your life. For you must remind yourself, that you are strong and intelligent a woman comfortable in her mind and heart and spiritual soul. For example can't NOBODY else be you, for you gotta believe in yourself as a strong woman as you  make a difference in your life.
