For Who The Bell Tolls

I have been intently listening to the fallacies of the law and how it relates to the injustice of our very democracy. Is the loss of art of everyone is innocent until proven guilty single-handedly brushed aside of what makes this great country thrive on the morals of fair integrity, the right to be heard?

Men of distinguish and privilege possessing world commodities held in the reality of its highest esteem, who have committed heinous and the outcries to hear my pleads in the name of self-defense, only after creating the doubts of malevolent to incapacitate the will or behavioral of another.

Oh, the phenomena of the intellect when its only pilgrimage schematic antics is to render to the throes of chaos, bring ill-wills of discord, and rely on the doctrine of juvenile temperaments to the brink of accepting its stark reality as beneficial and then cry on the altar of injustice.

There are three high-powered cases to take under the assignment of this essay. You have the Kyle Rittenhouse case, who as of today were acquitted on all charges; a teenager at the time of his incarceration. His arrest was sadly precipitated by his reliance to travel out of state to a city of inborn brewing with unrest and hostility. In his unruly judgement, he eventually shot two people and injured a third victim. The verdict is a miscarriage of justice on all fronts; does it really matter he had a high-power rifle slung over his shoulder walking into a line of an elaborate future defense, yet in the end murdering to people.

I believe in the right of the second amendment to bear arms and the right to stand your ground in the case of self-defense, however, there is a fine line in those parallels when we challenge it in a court of law. There are too many people who will use the cause and the effect, to subconsciously bait.

The mindset of humans will always set the demise of their own fate or give rise to their downfall. The class of society who suffers antisocial personality disorder deemed as having a cluster b personality disorder. A particular segment of individuals in society who fall into the categories of clusters.

It is probable that the majority of people with this particular affliction are law-abiding. Aging, overinvolvements, and/or relationships might hold sway over the control (or lack of control) in these kinds of people.

I am sure we know someone of this nature, if we are not personally found to be considered within the dynamics of the three clusters are Cluster A (the “odd, eccentric” cluster); Cluster B (the “dramatic, emotional, erratic” cluster); and, Cluster C (the “anxious, fearful” cluster).

In my field of expertise, these clusters make up your average people mental characteristic. Antisocials come in all shapes and sizes, and psychologists consider the juvenile version of it to be a juvenile conduct disorder. The main characteristic of it is a complete and utter disregard for the rights of others and the rules of society.

Regarding Kyle Rittenhouse disposition, I do hope this young man seeks some form of counseling to quiet the post stress of taking someone life at such an early age. In his mind, no doubt this young man will unfortunately suffer from many sleepless night. The inner turmoil of his psychological trials when dealing with those mental nightmare to interact of a cognitive level of existence has just begun.

I wanted to briefly elaborate of the trial of former prep-school student gets off with probation for raping teen girls. A “privileged” upstate New York prep schooler who admitted to raping four teenage girls in his home got off without jail time- getting probation and sparking outrage.

I was flabbergasted because I did not see or hear the outrageous echoing from the #MeToo. At lease Christopher Belter age of twenty, will have to now registered as a Sex Offender.

Author's Note
Women in particular need to keep an eye on their physical and mental health, because if we're scurrying to and from appointments and errands, we don't have a lot of time to take care of ourselves. We need to do a better job of putting ourselves higher on our own 'to do' list.
