Flying at Icy Altitudes
Flying at icy altitudes toward what we thought were graceful skies,
We fell against unforgiving rocks where our pounding hearts grasped for one more moment of life.
Finally, pressed together as one, we fell in silence.

Now this makes me wonder what the "icy altitudes" were all about with Joni Mitchell.
