slipping past the guards of apathy
I steal your cool indifference,
casting it upon Love’s pyre
lest we remain frozen;
I give my heart’s key
to lock away
your cold feet,

I absolutely love the challenge that the different forms of poetic structure offers us. This is a great example of a Nonet, and I felt every word. Thank you for that. I am inspired by this.
