Grateful for you
Memories and past events leave scars upon my soul
I guess I'll always feel a little incomplete ill never feel quite whole
I regret things I've done I regret the way I've been
I done a number on myself I know that sounds obscene
But as we walk hand in hand I know the past has been and gone
Just a distant memory of a path I no longer walk upon
You save me everyday and you don't even have a clue
You will never really know how grateful I am for you
