The Release
Battling a demon that nobody can see
Stuck in a war… a war inside of me
Scars that are visible and some that are not
I seem miserable and miserable is all that I’ve got
I’ve never been released from this pain
My head hangs heavy filled with shame
“Maybe I’m not strong enough” is all I think
My thoughts are now dripping they’re dripping into the sink
Goodbye and good riddance
I didn’t ask for life and this life was my Penance

Reads like the dark depths that we can lose ourselves in, during self reflection, which is almost like a punishment for having the ability to perform such reflection.

That is fucked up.
... I am of the mind, however, that all labyrinths have an exit, and this exit is a glorious thing.
I know that many of us are consumed by the labyrinth. (Who can say what becomes of us when/if such a thing occurs.)
But in any event, the labyrinth is an opportunity for glory, which is something that is very high up there.
... Like being taken from the depths to heights... Like being the lowest of the low and becoming an inversion of this.
Which is like the self reflection of the universe, itself, with you as light, as reflected upon by dark vacuums of space.
An inversion of the original dynamic, perhaps...

I relate. I'm never sure what to do with my despair. Sometimes I keep it in. Rarely I write the depths of it and post. Thank you for sharing yourself.

You have to stop feeling helpless..don't feel sorry for yourself..you are strong..and nothing has happened to you.. this world is beautiful n you have a beautiful heart.. be positive... Live long proper Life..
