Back against the wall!
There’s an uncontrollable human urge to continue poking when you’re sure what their reaction would be.
You push and push and push because you’re convinced that there’s no limit to the elasticity of their tolerance.
In the end you act surprise when they finally snap. When the tolerance stretch out and you’re faced with a whole new reaction.
Machines don’t speak, but at some point even they react to too much pressure. That pressure leads to a fault and if your management approach is not re-evaluated, they develop an unrepairable fault, a fault you can’t fix.
A fault that ends it all.

I like this--very relatable.
Good tactile approach to personality, interesting move with the mgt-machine interface to interpersonal relationships...
I like the explanatory approach, believe it's a good aesthetic choice for the topic.
I believe this can be developed more:
I'd try using more concrete images; and maybe think about how a particular, IRL situation--say, using a machine, or a situation at work--could provide a metaphorical grounding to connect the reader to the situation. That's what I would do, were it mine.
I like this, and believe it has potential.

I’m open to suggestions on how to improve on it. Maybe with a little direction from you, I Can make it even better to create a deeper impact in home and work places.
