QUEEN MAJESTY

 
Being a queen does not mean my life is my own

I have given up a lot to sit on this throne

The desires of my heart can never be shown

As is the love for a knight that should remain unknown



The longing and the yearning remains my prison

As my love did not fade when then crown was placed on

In this game of chess I am the pawn

Acting the part of queen to keep swords from being drawn



If only he knew the love I have for him is present still

An unworthy knight as he sees himself has the free will

To love who he loves if only it's not me as i cannot fill

What he desires as his love for me is his suicide pill



Alas our love is not meant to be as the forces work against us

But when our eyes meet we know there's nothing left to discuss

Destiny and fate had other plans to be unjust

But the agreement is set in stone keeping it is a must



Forever will iI love thee my knight

Your heart for mine has never given up the fight

Maybe in another lifetime we might

be together but in this one I have to do whats right
