When I Worship

When I worship my heart speaks
To the everlasting,everlasting.
As I worship when I'm meek,
His manifestation to me is touching,
When I worship His hand on my cheek
As I confess that this God is loving.
When I worship and I'm weak,
I find His grace comforting.

When I worship my worries disappear,
Unknown tomorrows trouble me no more.
As I worship the Spirit quenches the fear,
No longer in bondage and under the law.
When I worship on my knees with tears,
Through much tribulation I enter heavens door.
When I worship the path is Crystal clear,
By faith I walk to what He has in store.

When I worship in the deep dark valley,
Fierce wolfs spare me not in their folly
When I worship seeking God's glory,
They prevail not against the power of almighty.
As I worship even when I'm lonely,
In the scriptures I'm comforted with a story.
When I worship I know it's not me only,
Who's afflicted,striving to be holy.

When I worship the God who is omniscient,
Trustworthy,divine and brilliant,
When I worship the God who is self-existent,
I AM,Elohim,independently efficient,
As I worship El Shaddai the magnificent,
Mountains crumble before me for He is all sufficient.
When I worship Jehovah Jirah the deliverer,
I thank Him whole heartedly,eternally.
