Darkness into Light

Darkness and death it brought to the heart of men,
An apocalyptic event in disobedience the fall took it's form,
Rebuked and reproved out of paradise we were thrown,
Killers and murders we became since the time of Cain.
Nature cursed because of Adam we toil and till the ground,
Eternal life stripped away now sinners we became.
Serpent satan cursed for his deceitful ways,
Stationed flaming sword,prevention of mans unlawful claim.

Inhabitants of earth without sovereign reign,
Now we seek for hope in heaven we look again.
The seed in the womb of a virgin,
Our Savior Jesus fulfillment of what was spoken.

Light of life takes the form of flesh,
Immanuel our King crucified and brought back to life;
God's power of resurrection reveals His absolute might.
Holy heavenly Christ cleanses our sins with His righteous blood
To enter eternity,bestowed to His faithful knights.
