Irrelevant
We set our own limitations
There is nothing in this world by which we're bound
And, though we're living in an alien nation
We tend to forget that everything is so profound
Building our own foundations,
There is nothing we believe that's not made so
And as a product of imagination,
So long as we think we're powerless, we'll lose all control
(But, only because we'd agreed that it was so)
But, it'll all be made irrelevant in the end
It'll all be made irrelevant in the end
It'll all be made irrelevant in the end
Everything by which we're bound
We are all imitations
Of the faces worn, in days past 'fore we were born
Echos of one reverberation
That'll ever-change its form whenever it might grow so bored
(So let go of everything you're led to think you are)
'Cause it'll all be irrelevant in the end
Everything by which we're bound
And, so we set our own limitations
There is nothing we can't do, if we're allowed
And, though we're living in an alien nation
We forget that everything is (so profound!)
Everyone, conflations,
Of what's come and gone before the day was done (done, done).
But, everyone'll be irrelevant in the end
And, we'll be laughing about it in the afterlife,
Yeah, we'll have a good laugh,
When we find it's all been make-pretend
Everything'll be irrelevant in the end
And, we'll be laughing about it in the afterlife,
We'll all have a good laugh,
When we find that this is all pretend (and)
It'll all be made irrelevant in the end
It'll all be made irrelevant in the end
It'll all be made irrelevant in the end
Like a song
Disappearing into the wind
