Having been under a Shrink's guidance and or drug therapy,
i cannot completely agree with this spill.
Additionally, some of the newer programs that encourage computer adaption
this spill might become obsolete?

Often i believe my mental illness prevents me from ever being totally free (i told the VA Hospital Docs decades ago that i will no longer take their solution to my schizophrenia [it interfered with my chess performance] and so i turned to meditation and zen Buddhism.
