Well, I believe you pulled it off, otherwise I don't think you would have put it out, lol. I really like BP's format, lol, who knows, maybe he invented it. I like the almost duh-duh---duh beat also. Not sure if you intended that in sync with the train's movement, but it sure hints at it. When I get time, I may send you one of mine that's kinda similar but done as a haiku. (That wasn't a sneeze btw). 😁

Tricube poems are an actual thing... you can Google it... lol. However, I had never heard of them either. I liked the idea after reading BP's and I enjoyed his poem very much, so I and gave it a shot. I do agree with LilD... It's little minimalist  power packed, gut punches, that are cleverly endearing in what ever emotions are being conveyed by the writer... I love reading them so much... I didn't intend the idea of train noises, no.. happy accident, I guess ☺

ps. as soon as I saw your title it reminded me of this lil quip......When came home from work one day about a year ago I saw a note on the Fridge from my girlfriend that said, ''It's Not working, Goodbye" ...so I immediately opened it and it was working just fine......

Oh Dear, Lady Blue,
I hate saying goodbye...probably my least favorite thing unless of course it's bidding a fond adieu to a bad situation. You evoked in me that lump that rises in my being when I have to part with someone I care about. It makes me appreciate better the  relationships I do have and perhaps to plan on how I can make them last.🐻💋🐻💋🐻

I hate goodbyes, too... of course, who doesn't? ... lol... I like love stories that push right to the edge of goodbye, leave it ambiguous for a while, only to resolve one way or another, in the end. You think it's the anticipation that am drawn to..... yeah, me too... Lmfao!!! 😂  
 
There's the bittersweet sometimes and sometimes there are those goodbyes that are darker, hard hitting with that depth of finality.... those slay,undoubtedly.  
 
Some days, I feel like I am an expert in saying goodbye and almost numb to it and then boom! Out of left field I'm hit hard with a goodbye that I didn't expect and it knocks me completely off kilter... It's character building in a way. Kinda forcing you to relish and cherish those who you hold dear in the now, because you never know what can happen from moment to moment.
