Forever

night sky and day sky,
forever's endless space
is wrapped around our homeworld
as on and on we race

spinning while in motion
spiralling with our star
in our homopolar motored
galaxy spreading far

beyond imagining
by the ordinary mind...
still there are ways to comprehend
by slipping out of time

slipping out of what we think
letting go belief
using all the universe
to bring us some relief

from terrestrial entanglements
so we can then expand
into the plasma ocean
to then understand

that wrapped around our homeworld
is forever's endless space
in the night sky and day sky
as on and on we race
