SKELETON OF GOD
BURY THE STAKE
INTO THE
SKELETON OF GOD
From the cusp of madness
To the crux of mortality
Suffer not in darkness
For we are home in blasphemy
Sing me a song of murder
That flies throughout the sky
The raven caws in thunder
Heaven's bane will never die
Martyrs line the summit
Ravaged by their crucifixion
Build me a throne of bones
Rotten gods in desecration
And across the shores
Bathed in Stygian waters
There will be no resurrections
And the fallen ones
Baptized in holy slaughter
Stand tall, no genuflection
raining blood from celestial spires
drowns the hope of hypocritical fires
that's ushered two thousands years of
oppression
i will never be a slave to such
possession
