”... nervously out into the night” is a perfectly judged phrase to close on, conveying the fear and chaos of human judgement in a universe without objective moral guidance. The poem would look a lot more polished if you replaced the comma with a line break and removed the two-dot ellipsis entirely, but I know that’s a matter of taste.
