Matchbook Covers And Other Clutter

There's clutter strewn
about the avenue
The grass on both sides
damp with morning dew
I have no cares on my mind
Because it's filled
with thoughts of you

I take a stroll across
The garden leading to a field
It's where I often go
To get away from the city's noise
I pick the flowers one by one
And wish that you were here

                              With me
