Then by now ur used to it. If it's all u know. So for u to notice each time your panic level would have to rise. That could be an addiction to being mentally disturbed.

My heart goes out to you and anyone else who suffers from anxiety/panic. People do not understand how debilitating it can get. Thank you for the honest write.
