Woke up this morning and I couldn’t stop thinking
Had a dream again that would hurt me deeply
Sitting there with friends that I knew and then I saw her
Not a line, not a word and it left me broken
It’s so hard to think she thought it was better to leave than deal with problems
Made a commitment she couldn’t keep and it did everything but solve them
Spent all her time making me lose my faith
Instead of owning up to her wrongs, she would spit them in my face
Now I’m losing days
Lost in my head and just a little off the pace
Gripping to hold on but it’s just too late
The closure that was needed were words she couldn’t say so..
