I just found a guided meditation that for me is truly transcendental. I know there's *no crying in meditation but this brought me to tears.

I know senryu/haiku don't typically have titles...had to call it something. My chosen title comes from an inspirational song by one of my music heroes Al Jarreau, "Boogie Down". The line,
"got my certain and my sure 'nough on
And I'm puttin' on my really for real"
Used to play it for my sons before their Soccer games.
