There's a strong connection between Sexuality and inner peace. Once we can separate from the paradigm of the moral majority, we can begin to realize we are all sexual beings and expressing that helps us to grow sensually. Our sensual selves is who we love uncondiitonally.

This is so beautifully composed, it reminds me of my fasting every morning, my candles lit, my Frankincense sailing through my brownstone, siting on my mat pampering my seven Charkas before I get on my treadmill; my morning ritual is self-liberating when you sink into the spiritual plateau of yourself, a meditation place you have to be with one to appreciate, as you engage the aspect of, mind, body, and the core of the soul. It leaves the mind to mentally draw from the positive forces of nature and the awareness to deviate from negative energy. I genuinely love the poem and the explanation, of being one with self my poet.

Yes, I agree. I have found I am able to stay away from negative people more and just enjoy being more of me.

I know . . I feaking love yoga. I'm just starting, but when this thing is over with, I might join a class. It would be nice to find a nude yoga group, but they must all be in nudist resorts.
