I feel nothing
It starts with a throbbing head,
A seconds pause, a moments thought,
Then your gone.
Sucked into the abyss, floating in space.
This is where you feel numb,
You feel empty,
You feel nothing.
Nothing you do brings back the feeling of feeling something, anything. Your mind goes blank and then a lightbulb ignites.
You put it on a pedestal, above everything else. you put a spot light on it so it’s the only thing you can see, or the only way out.
The cold stainless steel scraping across your skin cuts deeper and deeper, allowing you to feel the pain, to feel the anger, to just feel something.
It never lasts too long, it all leads back to nothing.
A seconds pause, a moments thought,
Then your gone.
Sucked into the abyss, floating in space.
This is where you feel numb,
You feel empty,
You feel nothing.
Nothing you do brings back the feeling of feeling something, anything. Your mind goes blank and then a lightbulb ignites.
