God said
We’d be surprised
By the lack of traffic in heavens gates when we arrive

So i walk the narrow path all lonely
Tryna live life like my own parents told me


I saw the leaves fall from
The trees
and get scattered in my yard
I reached out to touch The bark it whisperered to me life is hard

My own friends said my songs are too sad
Well now you know me

I’ll try another city, another town
I’ll try anything just to chase away this frown

My coworkers told me i look down
Well now you know me

I hear my demons laughing in the background
I’m looking phony

I wait for a moment

An old friend phoned me and asks
Why can’t you be happy?

I told him
now you know me

Im miserable depressed
Got this feeling in mu chest

I should leave this earth
I gotta go

Nobody cares
Im all alone

Shucks

Inside i feel intolerable
It sucks

But

My ex girl said “you’ve got problems”
Well now you know me.

Used to be close with my jovial emotions but
They disowned me.
