FATHER AND SON
Lord, l know what Your heart felt ere it was speared
when You said all had been done, and You were pleased.
It was not an easy way for You to walk
as You said,"Why did You leave Your anguished Son?"
The severe pain You had felt was great and harsh,
but Your joy was much greater than all Your pain.
You had fulfilled the hard way and You were sure
that Your Father looked at You with tears in eyes.
His distressed face could convey a lot to You.
He was pleased with what You'd done to obey Him.
He desired to tell You,"My Son l would
take Your place in all what You have gone through."

The author encourages honest critique.
Where in the canonical accounts of Jesus' death might I find Jesus saying or indicating while on the cross that he was pleased with being there and felt joy as he died, let alone saying or indicating this after he said (notably only according to the author of the Gospel of John) "it is finished"?
And where does it say or is indicated in the Gospels that at Jesus' crucifixion God looked at Jesus with tears in (his) eyes or that he desired to say to Jesus that he would have taken Jesus' place in all that Jesus had gone through?
Sorry, but you are doing the same thing you did when you falsely claimed that you knew what Macbeth was feeling before he dies -- making a claim about what a figure felt that has no evidence to support it.

It was a thing of torment and distress
for him, this would-be Jewish King.
He could not breathe
unless he forced his legs
to biting pain
upon the nails that spiked his heels
against the knot within the planted upright
he, exhausted, sweat streaked,
dangled from.
And yet not once
was he then heard to voice disdain
upon his murderers
or cry out curses on the hungry dogs
that snarled and bared their teeth
beneath him there, awaiting and aprowl
within a death-watch vigiling
to be allowed by soldier barked commands
to make his hanging flesh
a ragged feast.
He only, at his end,
sang out some sacred lines
brimmed full of sorrow and despair.
And darkness then descended
on the earth.
