Sixty Days of Sobriety that you just washed down the drain,
Your in so much pain.
The worst feeling in the world is relapsing,
Your collapsing.
Your depressed,
Your feelings are becoming oppressed.
You start the cycle all over again,
When will this madness end?
You’re tired of hurting,
This is becoming so disconcerting.

ok so, first off the poem certainly expresses the feelings involved in relapsing.it's pretty raw. the subject is obviously one thats close to you, i.e you know what you are talking about and can put it in writing.
few small errors there with the 'your' they should be you're but thats easily fixed.
Now for the sermon.
Look, the cycle you are talking about can be broken, It's not easy and you really have to want to break it.
You are only 18, and have your best years ahead of you.
Look into yourself and find some motivation for kicking the shit, yeah the first few weeks will be hell but after about ten days the pain will get better as you do.
